Sorry folks, another Pokemon post!
Since my last post, I have started and almost completed another play-through of FireRed. Following the trend, my fighting team is only four, which comes in handy until they all faint and all I have left is my HM user at a ridiculously low level. But that hardly happened, beat the Elite Four and rival in one go, mostly one-hit-ko's the entire way through. Now am puzzling out the new Sevii Islands part and trying to fill the Fame Seeker. I like the fame seeker, it's so cute! The team is Venusaur, Raichu, Arcanine, and Lapras, all around lv58-ish. Still have to get to Deoxys and Mewtwo though. But then, HeartGold is coming in the mail! And I still haven't finished Diamond yet either... or Sapphire. Sapphire is annoying, leveling up seemingly takes so long compared to the other games, and so much grinding is necessary.
Also since the last post, apparently the Pokemon Adventures manga has been re-released in a 2nd print! I'm probably gonna get them, even though it's translated by Viz and apparently they censored out some parts... but the original prints (I have the first 2) are selling for $55 minimum for a used copy! Not gonna do that. Don't know why they even list that, unless there are people willing to pay that much for a paperback manga.
In real life, school is back and I'm getting back in the habit of waking up early. Have a mini-paper to write this weekend, and some reading. I'm kinda getting sick of reading. At least we're almost done Anna Karenina! It looks so forbidding and thick, I was really dreading it, but it wasn't that bad. I don't like Anna though.
