Today was better. Dad looked better for most of the day, and we now know what is wrong with him. His sinus infection is festering in the right side of his head, and a bacterial infection is festering in his intestines. the medication he is on now (the fourth since this mess started) should take care of it. God. I hope he feels a lot better come Christmas. The man deserves to feel good again.
Critter got me out of the house this afternoon. I walked and he roller bladed all over the neighborhood with Schmoo. We talked about all sorts of shit, like we do, and got back just before it started raining and just in time for me to finish up dinner for mom. Critter did the dishes, and my mood swung again. (period. it is coming.)
I didn't want to play poker, so mom made me make the pies. I've never done it before...they look like shit, but hopefully they taste alright. Granted, both fillings were can-based, but I made the crusts! Which is why they look like shit.
Rachel will be here tomorrow. We apparently have the monkey tomorrow, too. I think I'll kick someone if I get stuck babysitting again. I like my chibi, but still not quite that much...
We are having shrimp for dinner tomorrow :o Mom and grandma are gonna go down to the and get about 5lbs of it~
