Character name: Dan Taichi
Nationality: Japanese/Russian
Age: 18
Rank: B-rank (but working very hard to A-rank, desu)
Appearance/Personality: Dan still looks a bit young for his age, but he doesn't mind that. He wears a green headband that has a horrible habit of falling down into his eyes at the worst possible moments (like that one time when he was in training and holding a tray of hot tea and it slipped, he tripped and... well...Dan doesn't like to talk about that.) He has medium length dark brown hair (just a couple of inches above his shoulders) and when he's really trying to focus, he ties it up into a little samurai ponytail.
He's rather timid and has a tendency to squeak when spoken at harshly. He also has a habit of adding desu on to the end of most sentences. He doesn't want to ever seem impolite. He also tries to see the best in everyone and has a turn-bad-people-good complex about him. He fails horribly at this.
History: His father's side is Japanese and his mother's is Russian, but he's not too good at the Russian. They have lived in Japan since he was born and Dan doesn't really know much about his Russian side.
Dan's father and grandfather were butlers and he doesn't exactly fit with how...not clumsy they are. Yet, he decided to follow in their footsteps (and hope the clumsiness went away) and was sent to a school to train. After he achieved C-rank, Akutsu Jin's mother offered to train him further until he was able to be Jin's butler. Dan readily agreed because he knew that Jin was going to be a bit of a challenge.
Once he got to B-rank, she determined he was ready and sent him off to Lioncrest to try to reign in her son.
