In other news...I had a really a good time at the banquet thingy yesterday. I didn't win, but Lucas did, and I'm happy for him. Hey, I got $100 out of the deal- not so bad for a day's work. I also got to see Dan Lyles (GHP coordinator) and a couple other cool people, including Stephen. It makes me sad I probably won't see him anymore. :-( Such a shame. And for once, no sarcasm there.

I love this quiz. This was definitely my absolute favorite show when I was little, and I had completely forgotten about it until just a minute ago...Ah, the nostalgia. I'd sit at my grandparents' house in the den when I stayed for the summer. Usually, I would have just have had lunch and would sit the mechanical up-and-down chair finishing my syrupy sweet tea when it came on. I got to where I knew the different games, and I'd explain their intricacies to my grandmother. It was serious business. I loved to critique their final dash through the booby-trapped temple like a sports commentator. I'm sure she exercised great self-control in not laughing. Man, I'm glad I took that quiz.
