Aw, man. Tanaka Mayumi is coming to the West Coast (SakuraCon in Seattle, WA) on Easter weekend, April 2nd - 4th! Soo exciting to even think about her stepping on US soil and sharing her special brand of happiness with the convention goers. I can't go to see her (too bad I didn't think about this a few months ago and plan and stuff!), but I can certainly root for her safe arrival and departure. I was originally looking to see if Yamaguchi Kappei was visiting the US again this year, but I discovered that Tanaka-san's coming instead.
Gosh, I love her. According to the SakuraCon website, she's bringing her son, Kosuke, too. He's probably in his twenties at least. Well, smooches to you and your son, Tanaka Mayumi-san. I'll make sure one of your Luffy songs sings me to sleep tonight.
