In my personal opinion, I don't see this going anywhere. It would completely and utterly kill an industry, and in these times, that can't happen. Obama knows this, congress knows this, everyone knows this. How this even came to fruition is beyond me, but I don't think it'll get anywhere.
Still, I own a few snakes, and I would like to try my hand at breeding one of these days when I am more comfortable at it. And I'd rather do it legally.
