I'd like to thank whoever sent me those flowers. They were very lovely, and smell nice too. It's too bad there wasn't a proper card attached. The delivery creature wouldn't give me a name either. What are those monsters called again? Prinnys? I've never seen anything quite like them.
I know things are really hectic in the village right now, but that's all the more reason I feel I should provide you all with an extra warning. It's been said before, but there are a few individuals who are harboring malicious intent. It wouldn't be wise to let them roam around freely, but considering they aren't themselves right now, there's no need to use actual violence. Detaining them somehow would be best. In fact, purifying them would've been even better, but I don't think any method to do that exists in Luceti. A Light Arrow might've done the trick, as it has the power to banish evil. Ohhh, those Malnosso are giving us so little to work with, it's hard to find a weak spot. Which is depressing, because that used to be my specialty.
I wish Link were here. He'd take charge. Even if he is lazy and tends to waste his Rupees on silly games. I mean, really, why bother paying ten Rupees for a target-shooting game, when you can do the real thing out in Hyrule field? Those monsters pose more of a challenge than any cheap cardboard bullseye. The logic is beyond me. But, hey, why bother listening to a mere fairy like myself, right? And I can't blame him. In the end, he does get the job done. Even if he doesn't take his duties seriously, Hyrule couldn't be in safer hands. I just wish I could support him more. I couldn't even prevent the Malnosso from getting their hands on him. He's home now, of course, which is good. I couldn't be happier. But I still miss him. I've really grown fond of him during our journey. His reincarnation was very kind too. A farmer, but at least a bit more serious when it comes down to being a hero. The Goddesses sure know how to pick their heroes. If only they wouldn't constantly leave me behind.
All the more reason I'm glad Sheik offered to let me stay with him. At least he takes the situation seriously, and he reminds me of home. I just wish he'd be a bit more careful. Always getting into trouble... I know death isn't permanent here, but if anything were to happen to him, the future of Hyrule will be at stake.
Oh, am I still talking? This message wasn't supposed to be that long, really. Just a quick thank-you for the flowers with an additional warning. I suppose I strayed from the point a bit. I apologize.
