Ah... Well, for quite a few weeks now, I seem to be a guardian fairy without a hero to guard. I'd hoped that I might accompany you instead. Just until my own Link returns, of course. You are both heroes chosen by the Triforce of Courage to protect Hyrule, which means it's my duty to watch over you too.

Of course! It's what I'm destined to do, even if you aren't truly the same Link. I'd be glad to keep an eye on the next legendary Hero and keep him safe from harm!

Though... Is there anything I'm suppose to do? It seems rather one sided if you have to do all the work [because Midna was normally the one pushing him around without all the 'keep him safe' stuff. oh memories...]

Not particularly. A guardian fairy's task is to warn their godchild of danger and offer them advice. There's not much else to it at all!

I... I was just performing my duty, really! But I do hope he's alright, wherever he is now. The fact that he's just disappeared like this is making me feel very uneasy.

so it's true. He hasn't been seen since the Princess returned... Has he returned to Hyrule or is it the Malnosso?

I... don't know. Sheik and I have searched everywhere, but he seems to have disappeared. We can only hope he's been sent back to where he belongs.
