My father is an intelligent man who has embraced technology over the years. Yesterday, he purchased a new laptop to replace the old one. Since then, I've exchanged about five emails with him to tackle the following IT nightmares:
"How do I turn it off?"
"It says it's downloading updates. Is that normal?"
"Where is the CD/DVD drive?"
Killing me, y'all. Just killing me.
