It should be fucking obvious that the only bunch of people organized enough to breed and systematically torture this many pokémon has to be team Rocket. Unless there's any other criminal organization you've heard of in this place? At all?

It's possible that there's some sort of underground organization that we don't know about yet.

From what I've gathered around the network, Team Rocket's base is being attacked, too. If Team Rocket was behind this, don't you think their base would be the only place not under attack?

Frankly? No, I'm not entirely sure they're capable enough for that.

Good point though, I wasn't aware. But with an attack of this scale on an area this big, chances are someone's trying to make some sort of point. And if that's the case, all we have to do is watch the network and the media.

I guess... I just hope that whoever is responsible for this gets caught and receives the punishment they deserve. I'd hate for such a horrible person, or people, to get away with this.
