Little Dog Follow Up
A while back I posted a little rant about pointless emotional posts, day-to-day monotony, and drivel. I was firmly opposed, I believe. There are times, however, when such content is indeed appropriate (the day-to-day monotony, anyway), and I thought I should clarify a bit.
If you are one of those people who simply uses your blog as a means of keeping your real friends in your life more or less updated about the goings on in said life, that's okay. Sometimes a little catch-up is all that is needed, and powerful narrative, witty sarcasm, and insightful metaphor are not required.
They are appreciated, though.
