I can't believe how they totally lie to us here. They think we were born yesterday. I mean, I don't believe for a minute that Bosstard "resigned". No way. Bitch was FIRED!
The meeting about it was so lame,too. The President of the school was all simpery and saying crap like,"nooooo one can ever replace him..he's a good friend..". Whatever.
It looks like we're all happy, though. There is a strong possibility that the next person can be a total hole. However, they could also be KICK ASS, and willing to give me a raise! Lord knows I am stuck here forever.
The networking is going so well, though. Ah, email! What would I do without it? I have had a ton of responses from people in the city willing to talk to me. I am verrrrrah happy. It's all who ya know, and I NEED to start getting to know people in theatre/music admin if I want a damned job, now don't I?
My boyfriend wasn't online and didn't call or anything last night, but I hope it's 'cause he is tired from the school week and his hellspawn students and *not* 'cause he woke up and realized I am not worth it.
It's pathetic how I can't wait to see him, though. Very, very, very excited. He's made a very rough time in my life a lot easier.
The challenge for today is deciding which appointments to go to, which to reschedule, and which to forget about. I get off at 4, and I already cancelled my appt. to meet with a hiring agency as all they had were TEMP jobs. Screw that-- I still need my benefits . I am thinking today I MUST work out for sure, and everything else can wait. I stepped on the scale this morning. 'Nuff said.
