So there was this job I really, really, really, really wanted at the Lyric Opera a short time ago. I interviewed, and a MONTH later the rejection letter comes.
Because I am stubborn, desperate, and hopeful..I check their updated job listings frequently.
ha.HAHAHAHAHA. Joke's on them. The job is OPEN again. Guess the person they hired was soooooo perrrfect that they got hired by a BETTER place.
No, I am not so stupid as to try for it again. Definitely not. But sitting here at Suck University....I sometimes, even waxing big,fat, hairy backs seems more appealing.
