I wake up to find that Bertie Ahern, Taoiseach for 11 consecutive years, has resigned

Wow. This truly is the end of an era, at least for me; Bertie Ahern has dominated Irish politics for as long as I've been properly politically aware. It'll feel very strange to have another person as An Taoiseach.
