That's quite bad, however, shit happens. I think suing the airline is a bit far fetched. The little girl wasn't harmed in any way. This culture of suing everyone for anything does not appeal to me. I agree it must have been terrible to think of what may have happened, but it didn't. There was negligence by the airline, but like I said, shit does happen and they did apologise and are giving them free flights. Those parents sound like they'd probably sue if they served them the wrong meal.

Maybe one day Sara-Maud will sue her parents for giving her that name.

I would wait what the airlines has investigated internally before making my judgment if I were in this situation.
