Today I did not accomplish as much as I hope to. In fact, everything runs very slow that I am getting tired of myself. Furthermore, there were a few things causing me to upset and feel blue. During the day, I was hungry but I do not feel like eating. At night, I know I want to rest, chill and relax but I am still in a computer lab trying to finish ( Read more... )

You just need a small break and maybe some rest. It's the end of the term blues.

Make sure you are eating well. At least three healthy meals a day and a few good snacks in between. Also, exercise is great for getting yourself out of a sad moood. But don't over do it. Rest is equally essential.
