The current wind chill index is -37oC due to periodical strong wind (24 km/h) and low recorded temperature of this year -24oC. I wrapped myself with scarf and layers of clothes when I was outside. However, I only walked a short distance between my apartment to the shuttle station to Carleton University. Once I got to Carleton, I only walked for a minute or two to the University Centre and entered the underground tunnel to the library where I am currently at. I will sit here for another hour before my class and in the meanwhile I want to finish my lab assignment that is due on Wednesday. From what I know is that there is an Arctic air coming down to Southern Ontario which is why the temperature rises up today, like right now.
