Three Towns...
Update for Monday May 26th - Saturday June 7th
Monday I really did end up just watching tv after the update. I finished if.... then went downstairs to watch some tv until I had to head to bed. I had to go to bed earlier than usual (3am) because I had to be at work at 9:00am so I was only able to catch like the first hour of Men In Black because it was on tv, and this was the only time I'd found myself actually wanting to watch it so it sucked I couldn't watch more, but I did get to watch most of my favorite parts anyway.
Tuesday I got up, went to work, opened up the store, and while I was at work I was trying to figure out where I could go over my break to get a tobacco grinder then decided to go to the tobacco outlet by Hooters and Michaels when it came time. On my break, I was starting to drive over to the Tobacco Outlet, but said to myself "fuck it", and I hauled ass to Day Dreams down by Drake. I actually made it close enough in time back (within about 40 minutes) so that was nice. I enjoyed the rest of my shift, got to work with Chris which was badass, and at 6 Kaitlyn stopped by so we could hang out. We took the back hallway over to Century and while we were there we decided to go see Speed Racer at 7:10 I think it was. We had time to kill before the movie started so we hopped in my car, took a route, went to Kum & Go, I got a drink then we went back to the mall. We were still early so we went to Barnes & Noble to look at their Criterion collection of movies (finally a girl that is cool and likes Criterion standard movies like Contempt, and If....), and to check out their cds too. We went to Century, got our seats in a hardly filled auditorium, and by that I mean it was just me, kaitlyn, a random couple, and a small family (about 4). The movie wasn't that bad, but I feel it felt like it was longer than it needed to be. The colors of it were amazing, and the world they created in the movie is just plain badass. We left the movie, and neither of us had had dinner yet so we went to Chili's to get some late dinner, but they were closed so we went to Applebee's (part of the neon sign was out so it just said "Bee's"). Dinner was good, got to talk a lot, which was good because I talk WAY too much, and ramble on quite a bit sometimes. Anyway I paid for dinner, and afterwards she wanted to know if I had anything going on for the rest of the night, and I didn't so we ended up going to my place to watch "If....". She loved If...., which meant serious points for her. The movie ended, we said goodnight, and she left.
Wednesday I got up, hung out at home a little, and then headed off to work. Work wasn't that bad, but right away Chris left because he didn't feel that well so that was a little lame because then I was stuck there with just Bryan...for shipment no less, but oh well it didn't matter. It was actually good to do shipment with Bryan because with Keaschall he usually likes to take his time and just get it done whenever, which is good don't get me wrong, but with Bryan he wants to get it done super fast, which is good because then I was able to just hang out the rest of my shift. After work I didn't really have much to do because Chris wasn't feeling that well, and I'm just done with Sammy & Jarrod so I went home, hung out online a little, and then called it a night.
Thursday I got up around 11:20 because I had to drive my mom to work because hers was getting worked on. Her windshield wiper had broken, and it was $700 to get it fixed...fucked up. Anyway I dropped my mom off at work then just drove around enjoying the Essence. I stopped by Valley West Mall to go to Calypso, and the Buckle. When I went into the Buckle this girl asked me if I needed help, and I told her
"Alright, I'm looking for Obey shirts, and Obey shirts ONLY, if you try to sell me even 1...even 1 Affliction t-shirt I'll walk right out, and you won't even get my business."
She chuckled a little, and showed me all the Obey they had, it was nice because there was one I saw that I really want to get.
While I was there I got a call from Chris (who I was trying to get a hold of for a good part of the morning), and we decided it would be a good idea to get some amazing frappes at Timbuktu then go to Goodwill to find a hidden treasure. I went home, and Chris was going to give me a call when he was ready. I hung out at home, and onceI got his call, I headed off to pick him up. We went to Timbuktu, got some amazing drinks plus some treats, and then headed off to Goodwill. On our way to Goodwill Chris got a call from his brother who needed to be picked up at Southwoods so Chris asked me if I'd do it since he obviously couldn't because he was riding in my car so I figured I might as well. We stopped by, which was pretty crazy because it's been so long since I'd been in that parking lot. We got Connor, and we left for Goodwill. Goodwill wasn't really anything amazing, and once we left there we stopped by my house so I could pick up some things from the fette along with my foot pedal for rockband. I grabbed the stuff, hopped in my car with Chris and Connor, and then we went over to Chris's. Chris had broken his footpedal in the most badass way possible (anger drumming), which sucks that he was that pissed off, and it sucks that he broke his pedal but he had to have been rocking out in absurd amounts which is in itself amazingly badass.
So we got to Chris's, took care of some special business that included what I'd grabbed from Fette...if you didn't know already, no matter how sure I am...
I never bet the Fette.
Anyway, we did that, then went to play a few songs on RockBand before retreating to the garage to enjoy Fette's Bounty of Charlemagne in Chris's car while listening to the best music on earth. We finished up with that, then rocked a bunch of Rockband, and then rocked far too many cops/civillians in gta. A little bit later I headed off to my house. I got home, went straight to my room to change clothes and take a shower because I reeked of Charlemagne. After the shower I got myself some pizza rolls, and then went back to my room to eat my late dinner, and to play some gta (pigeon hunting). After that I headed downstairs to watch a little tv, and then went to bed.
Friday I got up early, went to get my teeth ripped out, which really wasn't that bad actually. I wasn't pissed about having to have teeth ripped out of my skull I was just pissed about all the aftercare. My mom had to drive me home because I had been put out by an IV for the procedure so I wasn't able to drive. I got home, and just laid in bed pretty much all day. I watched all of season 1 of It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia, and started to watch season two, but ended up only watching about half of it. My diet for the day consisted of Jell-O, and ice cream, which wasn't that great because I was hungry and those two things would in no way fill me up. I watched an international spelling bee on ABC, and then eventually moved downstairs to watch some more tv before heading to bed a little earlier than usual.
Saturday I got up, hung out at home, my mom made me some breakfast, I played some gta, and then a little later my mom made me some lunch so that was nice. I hung out at home for a while, and then around 3:50 Kaitlyn stopped by to pick me up so we could go see Flawless at the Fleur Cinema. It was a pretty good movie, plus it was fun to get to hang out with Kaitlyn again so that was cool. After the movie she was telling me about how one of her friends was leaving for Hawaii the following day, and she had promised her she'd go hang out with her before she left so that was fine with me and Kaitlyn dropped me off back at my house. I hung out at home for a little bit, until I went over to Chris's. We hopped in Chris's car, and drove around a little. We drove over to the 1/2 Price Book Store, where Chris found two treasures...

No Doubt's Tragic Kingdom, which is an awesome cd. Anyone that says that cd sucks is a moron.
Anyway we left the store, rocked some Seal, rocked some No Doubt, and then went back to Chris's house to play some Rockbad. Once we were all done with Rockband we watched the last bits of Gladiator, and then Iron Chef America.
I headed out after Iron Chef was over, went home, made myself some ramen, watched some of Team America World Police because it was on, and then a little later headed off to bed.
Sunday I got up, and then went in to work to open the store with Chris which was pretty cool even though we had to open the store. Courtney came in around noon, and it was just us three until 6 when we had to close the store. The day went by pretty fast so that was nice. After work I went home, laid down on my bed, watched some television, and fell asleep with the tv on. I woke up around 10:30, and saw that I had missed a call from Kaitlyn so I listened to the message she left me, called her up, and then went to meet up with her and Salem at the Hy-Vee on Mills Civic. I got there, went inside to get a drink, and then hopped in Kaitlyn's car so we could all drive around a nice route that Kaitlyn takes sometimes so that was cool. We drove around, listened to music, enjoyed the Essence, and we even drove by the Jordan house because none of us had seen it in quite some time. Around midnight Kaitlyn dropped me back off at my car because she had to head home because she had an early call the next morning.
Anyway after Kaitlyn dropped me off at my car I drove around random neighborhoods enjoying some more of the Essence before I arrived home. I made myself some shells and cheese because I was hungry...that and it's really the only thing I was able to eat because of the holes in my head. I enjoyed my meal, and then headed off to bed.
Monday I got up hung out at home, and then eventually went to get myself some coffee. While I was having coffee I realized what my dream had been about the previous night, and it involved a place I hadn't been in around three years...
A place me, and my friends call Death House.
Why do you call it Death House?
Well because the first time we ever went there there was a dead black cat across the street from it, a dead rabbit in the front lawn of DH, and also a dead opossum inside the house...well we weren't sure if it was dead so we threw a shard of glass at it, and nothing happened so it was obviously dead.
Anyway because of the dream I really wanted to go back there to take some pictures, and film some stuff so I called up Chris to see if he wanted to go because he had never seen this place before. Chris was up for it, and I tried to see if Kevin wanted to go, but he was going to be busy with "The Hair with the Girl Attatched" so it was just Chris, and myself that would be going.
Chris had an appointment at 5 Point, which is a tattoo place so after he had that I went to my house from Timbuktu to get my digital picture/video cameras then went to get Chris.
After I got Chris we went to Hy-Vee gas so I could get some fuel, and after that we proceeded to Death House.
To my surprise it was still standing...somewhat, and we got A LOT of amazing pictures.
I just gave Chris my digital camera, and let him go ape shit with taking pictures. He took A LOT of pictures, and they all look awesome.
I'm currently trying to get them all into a photobucket so eventually I'll put up a link so you all can see the pictures...well I have a few pictures up right now, and I'll be adding more and more so you can check the album which is a work in progresss currently.

While we were there Chris ventured upstairs to get some pictures of what the second floor had to offer, and while he was up there he found something amazing...a golf ball.
Why's that amazing?
Well because the first time I'd ever been to Death House (I was with Troy, Kevin, Tory, Devin, and Adam) Kevin threw a golf ball through one of the second story windows. We never thought we'd ever see that ball again, but Chris found it, threw it downstairs to me, and I put it in my bag to keep.
We left Death House, drove back, and on our way decided to enjoy some of the Essence so we got onto some back road, drove down a little, turned around, enjoyed the Essence, and then headed back to Des Moines.
While we were driving back (about a mile after we'd left from enjoying the Essence) a cop pulled up behind me, and followed me for what seemed like forever, but he didn't pull me over so that was awesome.
We got back into Des Moines, went to Chris's so we could wash our hands because Death House isn't exactly a clean place, and once we did that we went to Z'Mariks to get some food.
We ate, it was good, and after that we went to my house so I could pick up my copy of cKy (1). I got the dvd, and we went to back Chris's house. We played some Rockband, Kevin showed up, and then we watched cKy, which was awesome because I haven't watched it in a while so it was fun. Following watching cKy Kevin headed home, and so did I. I went home, hung out there a little, hung out online for a bit checking some things, and then headed off to bed.
Tuesday I got up, went to get some coffee, tried to do this update, but that didn't happen, and afterwards I went to the store to work. I was there from 1-9, which was amazingly annoying and slow. Chris, Spen, and Sammy stopped by so that was nice, and the even stopped by to hang out while I was closing. I closed the store, we hopped in Chris's car, and went to get some wings from BDUBS. We were going to eat with Kevin but he was already there with some other people so oh well. Anyway we had our wings, and after that Chris had to drop off Sammy at his place, which was pretty lame. Since Chris dropped off Sammy, it was only Chris, Spen, and myself to drink, but that wasn't that bad. Anyway I met up with Chris back at his place, we played some Rockband, shotgunned a few PBRs that had been in my trunk for quite some time, played some more Rockband, drove to Hy-Vee to get some Budlight, played some Rockband, and then ran around outside for a little bit, which ended up in me breaking my phone so that was lame. Well I broke it, but I could still see some stuff on the screen, and could navigate through the stuff on my phone so that was ok, but I knew I'd have to get it fixed which was pissing me off because I was pretty short on cash. We went inside, drank some more, played some Kart on the Wii, and then we all passed out asleep while watching Leon The Professional.
Wednesday I got up around nine, drove to my house, hung out at home a little, and then drove over to Premier Auto to get my radiator flushed. I was stuck on Hickman pretty much while my car was getting taken care of so I took a walk down to K-Mart to hang out there. I didn't go there to look around, I went there, and once I got in I immediately went to the patio lawn chair type stuff to take a sit and lounge in their comfy chairs while I waited for my car. Eventually I left, went to get myself some gatorade because I was really starting to feel a hangover so that helped. After I picked up some hydration I went to Premier, waited there a little, got my car, and then went home to get some lunch.
Finally after I got some food in my stomach I went to the mall to see what it would take to get my phone fixed, and also to pay my phone bill. They said it'd be about 50 bucks to get my phone fixed, which I was going to deal with even though I really didn't want to.
I left the mall, went to see my mom at work, told her about my radiator getting flushed ($75), and paying my phone bill ($50) so she told me she'd give me a little loan that I could pay off whenever so that was awesome. I went to get myself some coffee, and tried to do this update again, but it definitely didn't happen again. I left for home, had some dinner, and then decided to go get rid of the golf ball that Chris had retrieved from Death House.
I was starting to have really shitty luck, and I was starting to think that it was because of the golf ball I had in my bag so I figured I had to get rid of it. I went out to my garage got a 9 Iron, grabbed a tee from my bag, and drove to the lake in Country Club by Kevin's house, tee'd up the ball, and hit it in. I left satisfied, went back home, hung out there, hung out online a while while the storm was really active, and then headed off to bed after the storm was pretty much over.
Thursday I got up, went to Barnes & Noble, hung out there for a while, and then went over to have some lunch. I had to be back home to get ready for work (facial hair), went to work to work with Chris, which was sweet. After work we decided to go play some rockband, enjoy the Essence in the best setting, listened to some amazing music, watched the badass storm that was passing through, listened to some more music, watched some more of the storm, and then enjoyed some ice cream while watch Home Movies, and after that we watched an amazing Iron Chef America. After Iron Chef I headed out because I had to be up early the next morning.
Friday I got up, went in to see the dentist for a follow up appointment about my wisdom teeth, they said everything lookd good, and once that was done with I went to Hy-Vee to get myself a Rockstar, and then headed off to work. While I was on my way to work I finished off the last of what the Essence had to offer, which was lame, but oh well. Anyway I got to work, hung out there with Keaschman, and a little bit later Bryan showed up. The whole day went by pretty fast, and during my shift I went to Verizon to get a new phone because mine was even more fucked than when it initially was broken. It was crazy because I went in, didn't pay a single cent, got a new phone, and that was it. It was pretty odd because I was almost positive I'd have to pay something...but they didn't make me, which was pretty sweet, but I felt it was too good to be true. We'll see how things go within the coming weeks if I actually have to pay for my new phone or what.
After work I went home, hunt out there, laid down on my bed, fell asleep watching tv once more, woke up a little later in the night, went downstairs, made myself some food, watched some episodes of Reno 911, hung out online a little, and then went to bed.
Saturday (today) I got up, hung out at home, got ready for the day, and then headed out to get some coffee and to do this update finally. Once I'm all done here I'm going to go buy some cigarettes, then I'm going to work. I don't know what I'm doing tonight, but I really want to see The Strangers or You Don't Mess With The Zohan.
Finally I'm done with this update, I was wondering when I'd actually finish it.

Well because the first time I'd ever been to Death House (I was with Troy, Kevin, Tory, Devin, and Adam) Kevin threw a golf ball through one of the second story windows. We never thought we'd ever see that ball again, but Chris found it, threw it downstairs to me, and I put it in my bag to keep.
We left Death House, drove back, and on our way decided to enjoy some of the Essence so we got onto some back road, drove down a little, turned around, enjoyed the Essence, and then headed back to Des Moines.
While we were driving back (about a mile after we'd left from enjoying the Essence) a cop pulled up behind me, and followed me for what seemed like forever, but he didn't pull me over so that was awesome.
We got back into Des Moines, went to Chris's so we could wash our hands because Death House isn't exactly a clean place, and once we did that we went to Z'Mariks to get some food.
We ate, it was good, and after that we went to my house so I could pick up my copy of cKy (1). I got the dvd, and we went to back Chris's house. We played some Rockband, Kevin showed up, and then we watched cKy, which was awesome because I haven't watched it in a while so it was fun. Following watching cKy Kevin headed home, and so did I. I went home, hung out there a little, hung out online for a bit checking some things, and then headed off to bed.
Tuesday I got up, went to get some coffee, tried to do this update, but that didn't happen, and afterwards I went to the store to work. I was there from 1-9, which was amazingly annoying and slow. Chris, Spen, and Sammy stopped by so that was nice, and the even stopped by to hang out while I was closing. I closed the store, we hopped in Chris's car, and went to get some wings from BDUBS. We were going to eat with Kevin but he was already there with some other people so oh well. Anyway we had our wings, and after that Chris had to drop off Sammy at his place, which was pretty lame. Since Chris dropped off Sammy, it was only Chris, Spen, and myself to drink, but that wasn't that bad. Anyway I met up with Chris back at his place, we played some Rockband, shotgunned a few PBRs that had been in my trunk for quite some time, played some more Rockband, drove to Hy-Vee to get some Budlight, played some Rockband, and then ran around outside for a little bit, which ended up in me breaking my phone so that was lame. Well I broke it, but I could still see some stuff on the screen, and could navigate through the stuff on my phone so that was ok, but I knew I'd have to get it fixed which was pissing me off because I was pretty short on cash. We went inside, drank some more, played some Kart on the Wii, and then we all passed out asleep while watching Leon The Professional.
Wednesday I got up around nine, drove to my house, hung out at home a little, and then drove over to Premier Auto to get my radiator flushed. I was stuck on Hickman pretty much while my car was getting taken care of so I took a walk down to K-Mart to hang out there. I didn't go there to look around, I went there, and once I got in I immediately went to the patio lawn chair type stuff to take a sit and lounge in their comfy chairs while I waited for my car. Eventually I left, went to get myself some gatorade because I was really starting to feel a hangover so that helped. After I picked up some hydration I went to Premier, waited there a little, got my car, and then went home to get some lunch.
Finally after I got some food in my stomach I went to the mall to see what it would take to get my phone fixed, and also to pay my phone bill. They said it'd be about 50 bucks to get my phone fixed, which I was going to deal with even though I really didn't want to.
I left the mall, went to see my mom at work, told her about my radiator getting flushed ($75), and paying my phone bill ($50) so she told me she'd give me a little loan that I could pay off whenever so that was awesome. I went to get myself some coffee, and tried to do this update again, but it definitely didn't happen again. I left for home, had some dinner, and then decided to go get rid of the golf ball that Chris had retrieved from Death House.
I was starting to have really shitty luck, and I was starting to think that it was because of the golf ball I had in my bag so I figured I had to get rid of it. I went out to my garage got a 9 Iron, grabbed a tee from my bag, and drove to the lake in Country Club by Kevin's house, tee'd up the ball, and hit it in. I left satisfied, went back home, hung out there, hung out online a while while the storm was really active, and then headed off to bed after the storm was pretty much over.
Thursday I got up, went to Barnes & Noble, hung out there for a while, and then went over to have some lunch. I had to be back home to get ready for work (facial hair), went to work to work with Chris, which was sweet. After work we decided to go play some rockband, enjoy the Essence in the best setting, listened to some amazing music, watched the badass storm that was passing through, listened to some more music, watched some more of the storm, and then enjoyed some ice cream while watch Home Movies, and after that we watched an amazing Iron Chef America. After Iron Chef I headed out because I had to be up early the next morning.
Friday I got up, went in to see the dentist for a follow up appointment about my wisdom teeth, they said everything lookd good, and once that was done with I went to Hy-Vee to get myself a Rockstar, and then headed off to work. While I was on my way to work I finished off the last of what the Essence had to offer, which was lame, but oh well. Anyway I got to work, hung out there with Keaschman, and a little bit later Bryan showed up. The whole day went by pretty fast, and during my shift I went to Verizon to get a new phone because mine was even more fucked than when it initially was broken. It was crazy because I went in, didn't pay a single cent, got a new phone, and that was it. It was pretty odd because I was almost positive I'd have to pay something...but they didn't make me, which was pretty sweet, but I felt it was too good to be true. We'll see how things go within the coming weeks if I actually have to pay for my new phone or what.
After work I went home, hunt out there, laid down on my bed, fell asleep watching tv once more, woke up a little later in the night, went downstairs, made myself some food, watched some episodes of Reno 911, hung out online a little, and then went to bed.
Saturday (today) I got up, hung out at home, got ready for the day, and then headed out to get some coffee and to do this update finally. Once I'm all done here I'm going to go buy some cigarettes, then I'm going to work. I don't know what I'm doing tonight, but I really want to see The Strangers or You Don't Mess With The Zohan.
Finally I'm done with this update, I was wondering when I'd actually finish it.
