Note to self:
Do *not* take Nyquil before getting into a blissfully hot shower which will open up your sinuses, and cause a horrendous coughing fit, which will then leave you breathless and almost passing out in the shower.
It's dangerous, and could lead to the conking of one's head on the bathtub. Thankfully this was averted upon this occasion, but it's something to be mindful of.
