* 1/2 cup of white rice (err on the side of less)
* Optional: hijiki seaweed to taste (a pinch or a few)
* Add 1 cup boiling water, cook covered on small simmer without disturbing for 15min; should still be moist, possibly a bit of water left
* Open, mix with fork, close for a bit
* Move to bowl
* Add: 1tsp sesame oil, 1tsp omeboshi (pickled ume juice)
* Optional: add any of sunflower, pumpkin, flax or similar seeds
* Mix, eat
