Here's to this one holding
It appears we are having a ceasefire.
Egyptien-brokered, it was announced late last night and supposed to last 72hr from 08:00 today. I only believed it when I saw there was a relatively big volley just before it kicked in. Hamas and Hizbullah both do that; some sort of a performance anxiety - "We're taking a ceasefire but we can totally still fight!"
Given the size of this volley (note the "relatively" above), I'm not particularly impressed.
