Icy follows, glancing around curiously at the insides of the only other human building besides the castle and a movie theater that she's been inside. Her tufted tail is twitching slightly, like a cat's.
She ducks her head shyly at the introduction, her icy blue cheeks darkening slightly as she walks over to the table.
Then she pauses and looks up at it thoughtfully, before lifting the present so that Ed can walk from it onto the table top rather than perhaps be tipped over as she lifts the box up.
She peeks onto the table top to watch him, then slides the present up after him. This done she looks up at Al. "No thank you. Um... you are the brother who likes to cook?"
Al nods. "Uh-huh. As a result I'm better at it than Brother."
He pauses. "Okay, so part of why he's not so great is because he's lazy--" He ignores the yelped "Hey!" from his brother--"and part of it is because he gets frustrated when he tries to make anything with eggs because he can't feel what he's doing well enough with his right hand. In those cases, there is, at best, an extra bit of crunchiness in the food, at worst, a mess."

"Yup." Ed nods.
((Ahahaha. Might have helped if I mentioned that there's only one other occupied apartment in the building. Whoops.))

It takes a few minutes but Al does appear at the door. He looks at Icy curiously. "Yes?"
He looks down at the box she's carrying and stares at his brother. "Brother?! What on..." He facepalms. "Never mind. I can already guess."
He looks back up. "C'mon in."
He gets out of her way and starts leading the way to the apartment.

She'd see a fairly short hallway with four doors for individual apartments, wallpaper on the walls and carpeting on the floor.
"You may want to keep an eye out for cat toys on the floor," Al tells her as he lets them into the apartment.
The inside of the Elric's living room is somewhat plainish with the standard couch and armchairs. And a bookcase with several books.

"Along with whatever balls of paper that got dug out of the trashcan that the cat would rather play with instead," Ed mutters.

Her blue eyes sweep the room, looking for the cat.

Ed notices. "He's probably hiding under a chair or in Al's room by now. He used to be a stray so he tends to be wary of people."
"You can put the box--and me--down on the kitchen table over there," Ed says, pointing.
He looks at his brother. "Al, this is Icy. I think I've told you about her before?"

Alphonse nods then turns his attention to her. "Nice meeting you. Need or want anything to drink?"

"Ooh, thanks." Ed walks off the top on the table, wheeling along his new motorcycle and somehow still managing his spear.
