An example of use

Of those tables.

Here are the results I got:

5: The world isn't done! Whatever it is, is still ongoing, and may be forever. Good luck drawing a map. If you want to, roll again to see what's constantly reforming the world.

3: Young societies: We till the earth and build societies, towns and belief systems. The world we know is still very limited.

-1: The gods are petty, meddling and powerful, but to some extent keeping each other in check.

2: Magic doesn't work for the individual, only for groups working together.

1 to -1: Humans + d3 other species

3: War! The species rarely meet, unless it's at daggers drawn. There are long-held grudges between most of the species.

-3: The world is one big continent, and the element that dominates the world is cities and ruins, some of them seemingly as old as the world.

Scaricity: 1 to -1: None, everything is pretty much as you would expect.

Abundance: 2: One major abundance: 2: Basic foodstuff (i.e. Grain)

And here's my interpretation:

The world is the gods' playground. They create and destroy parts of the world, squabbling and fighting like spoiled children. Only through our chants and communal magics are we able to keep our small communities safe and stable from their chaotic changes.

Although our history is short, our world is a vast morass of houses and structures. Maybe they are thw work of the giants. The buildings seem ancient and are overgrown with edible lichens and mushrooms. Food is abundant in the shadows of the buildings.

There are three species in our world, and we may say to be at each others throats whenever we meet:

The Humans: We are many and we are clever. We are industrious and will persevere.

The Giants: They are old and know much that we have never learned, the first pampered children of the gods. Only one thing have the gods neglected to give their golden children: the gift of children. Perhaps they fear a world of giants. Thus the giants are few, powerful and cruel.

The Goblins: They scuttle in the shadowed places, uncountable in number. They look like the child a woman might conceive with a beetle. Individually they are cowards, but in great hordes they swarm and overrun even the strongest settlement.
