Here's the first bit at last. Of course I couldn't put in every conceivable origins, so I went with stuff I found interesting. Some are vague, others less so.

4: We just live here: The world was made as the home from some strange and alien being(s). Some day it/they might come home.
3: Deity: The world itself is a dreaming goddess. Who can say where She came from?
2: Demiurge: A not so supreme being created the world, and as such it is flawed. Some might say a tragic mistake.
1: Creator: A supreme being created the world
0: By commitee: A group (or several groups) of celestial beings created the world with all its contradictions
-1: Mechanistic: Impersonal forces of nature created the world
-2: Disaster: The world came about as an unfortunate byproduct or some process or struggle.
-3: Ancient Ones: Enlightened ancestors created the world with magic and technology.
-4: Demonic craftsmanship: An arch-demon created the world as a work of art. It is cruel, beautiful and fiery.
-5: Dimensional Conflux: The world is situated in a spot where extradimensional energies clash, creating a world at the centre of the maelstrom. Humans most likely won't be the only intelligent species here.
I may have to change it, as I write more stuff.
