По на водке Папаши Мюллера (кажется) в нея вчера втыкал. По завершении просмотра сразу захотелось задать вопрос - сколько эти люди сменили пар штанов за то время, пока делали фильм, ЕВПОЧЯ?

Such person may continue to lawfully possess firearms obtained prior to the indictment or information, and if cleared or acquitted can receive firearms without restriction.

Этот самый защитный акт на самом деле вводил массу ограничений в том числе. Учитывая что по американским законам довольно легко загреметь в тюрьму за довольно незначительные деяния а также "по совокупности правонарушений" (например штрафы за неправильную парковку не оплатил) там все довольно весело

а если ты посмотришь все три линии то увидишь что пик приходится именно на время самых суровых ограничений и снижение всех трех графиков на их отмену.
