And here is the collected post of all the one liners that were really short or not so short drabbles I did for the requests post. :)
Mostly Bleach, but there's a few more fandoms as well ~ I'm keeping them under series rather than cut-tag each individual drabble mostly to preserve my own sanity. ;) Enjoy!

Character(s)/Theme ~ Gin/Kira - impersonal.
For all that his captain is always smiling, in his sly, knowing way, every time he speaks to Kira about formal matters, it is as though he cannot wait for the moment to end. He is pleasantly impersonal, and likely thinks vice-captain never notices how he turns to look towards Aizen, every single time Kira calls him by his title.
The word Captain seems to ill suit him for some reason, in those occasions, though Kira has no idea why he should think this.

According to Shuuhei's calculations, this particular route leading to his division was the safest possible one to take. So of course, between one moment and the next, he found himself plastered to a wall, a happily burbling Yumichika keeping him neatly pinned there without ever looking as though he had the vice-captain in an arm (and leg) lock. He'd known he was doomed for a while, but Shuuhei would have liked to at least look like he'd put up a decent fight.
The amused twitter from a passing Matsumoto told him exactly how miserably he'd failed at that.

It was a good life they had had to date, Shuuhei thought, leaning against the windowsill and smiling in nostalgia. He glanced at the clock, then back through the window, where sure enough a silvery-haired yet still spry Yumichika sauntered down the path leading to their home, as he'd done near every day for all the years, decades and centuries they had spent together.
They might not have centuries left to them, but what they'd had was without price, and they continued to live every day as though time itself would never be able to tear them apart.
And it was, Shuuhei thought, so much more than he'd ever dared to hope for himself.
Yumichika strode through the doorway, and catching the look in Shuuhei's eyes, considered himself yet again the luckiest man to ever have lived the life of a shinigami.

Character(s)/Theme ~ Mayuri/Akon - horns
Akon snapped to attention and looked smart and ready when the inspection started. And as soon as captain Kurotsuchi turned his back, he raised both hands to his head and made little horns out of his index fingers, looking just as smart and solemn as before while sticking his tongue out at Mayuri's back. Nemu blinked at the sight, and then followed her father.
She had yet to rat him out whenever he did that.
Character(s)/Theme ~ Unohana/Nemu - draw
Unohana raised an eyebrow at Nemu's question, then took stock of her options. Finally, she reached for a bit of paper and a pen, and started to draw.
"When a papa shinigami and a mama shinigami love each other very much..."
And in the spirit of inter-division cooperation, Unohana just knew she'd have to ask Nemu to explain the birds and the bees to Yachiru, some day.

"Why did you stop me!" Chizuru scowled at the Quincy, hands still twitching at her thwarted attempt to get up close and personal to her princess once again.
"I thought it'd be an interesting challenge." Ishida stared at her from behind his glasses for a moment. "But you were so waiting for Tatsuki to lay one on you that you never saw me get in the way. How disappointing."
Chizuru turned red, and picked up the desk. As she walked away, she thought it very satisfying that Ishida had stared in such stunned disbelief that he'd never thought to move.

Matsumoto looked at the latest pint of milk on her captain's desk and shook her head, wishing he weren't in such a hurry to grow up. Hitsuyaga didn't say a word as he noticed what she was looking at, though he was very careful to hide the cup of coffee he'd snitched from where she'd left it lying on the desk. He'd put milk in it later, when it was safe to indulge in his addiction.
Who cared if that meant he'd be a little hyperactive once he was done?
The ice dragon in his soul slayer grinned wickedly, anticipating the afternoon's fun with much interest. A hyperactive Hitsuyaga was just so very enjoyable.

Ichigo yelped and turned around, muttering furious apologies and swearing enough so that the paint might strip from the walls. Rukia calmly picked up a soap bar and hurled it at his head.
"Get out, you idiot! Can't a girl take a shower without perverts barging in every three seconds?"
As he closed the door, Ichigo reckoned he needed to have a serious talk with his father. Because while Ichigo had walked in by accident, there was no way his father had.

Character(s)/Theme ~ Hirako x Hiyori - Whipped Cream
Hiyori stared at Hirako doubtfully, ready to pound him into the ground if this proved to be another of his stupid ideas which were endlessly stupid because of course, they were his ideas.
"C'mon Sa-chan, give it a try." He pretended not to notice how perilously close the far too familiar nickname put him to death. "It's ice cream. The fluffy stuff on top will not attack you, so put the sword away. And look - there is chocolate in it. C'mon!"
A few minutes later, the parfait utterly demolished, Hiyori decided that maybe today, she would not have to beat up on Hirako. The boy pretended not to notice the dollop whipped cream on her nose, nor did he reach out to remove it. He'd pushed his luck far enough.

Character(s)/Theme ~ TouUno - cook
After the battle with Zaraki, Tousen is found by Unohana. She leads him back to her division, taking her time, and yet again he wonders how she knows that he walks by the kitchens of the Sereitei whenever he can, just to enjoy the smells of the day's meal being prepared.
He wonders if she know how precious this last walk by the kitchens is, as he will be leaving soon and shall never return.
Character(s)/Theme ~ KenUno - snore
Unohana sits at her desk and listens to the resounding snoring coming from the room of one of their patients, and she can't help but raise her hand to her mouth, stifling a giggle.
"Even when he's sleeping, he's fighting," Isane remarks a touch acerbically, wishing all of the patients' snoring would just stop.
Character(s)/Theme ~ IkkaNemu - slide
Nemu watches from her hiding place, knowing only too well that her target is aware of where she is, and what he is doing. Ikkaku's first achievement of a bankai is loud and fierce and beautiful.
Nemu lets that bit of information disappear from her report to her father, just as she always lets the most interesting tidbits slide out of sight whenever she is asked about the loud-mouthed thug.
He does all she would not dare, and she has no right to clip his wings.
Character(s)/Theme ~ IshiHime - sigh
Ishida watches as Orihime flutters and hovers, always near Ichigo since things calmed down and Rukia was saved. It's almost painful to watch, the knowing that Ichigo is utterly unaware of her feelings or her hopes.
He sighs, then starts as the girl pops up behind him out of nowhere, smiling brilliantly at him, earning herself a brief smile and then a scowl, for having slipped by his defenses so easily.
"I need your help," he suddenly says, then drags her off without ceremony. Later, he finds himself foiled and dumbfounded. He didn't expect her to insist that the dress he was making for her should go to Rukia instead.

Character(s)/Theme ~ Urahara, Ururu - gift
Urahara clutches the young girl's body to himself, feeling her life's blood pour down both their bodies, and he has to remind himself yet again that it's all right. She was his gift to himself, someone he made.
And anything Urahara makes, he can fix. Always.
Character(s)/Theme ~ Ichigo, Yuzu - gingerbread
Yuzu holds the plate up cheerfully, arms trembling a bit under the weight. Ichigo stares at the little gingerbread men on it, some holding swords and one with a cheery red topping on its head, and once again he wonders exactly how much Yuzu can sense, that she's not aware of. Yuzu lowers the plate to look at it herself, and beams as she stops her favorite one.
"Isn't the one with the silver hair and the dragon the very best, big brother? Neh?"
Ichigo curls up on hand in a fist and reminds himself that he doesn't need to have a big brother talk about Yuzu with Hitsuyaga. He really doesn't.
The next day, he still beans the young captain on the head, out of general principles, ignoring the sputters of indignation as he walks away.
Character(s)/Theme ~ Byakuya - hair curlers
Byakuya stared at the curler in his hand, wondering where it came from. A memory, unbidden, sprang to his mind, of Hisana telling him she'd like to try something different, one day.
She'd died the following day, and up until now, he'd never known what she'd meant.
Character(s)/Theme ~ Urahara and the Shouten crew - birthday
There is a cat digging her claws in the man's lap, while he laughs a bit too high and fusses over the ribbons on the box. The one with the mustache lurks nearby with a smug grin while the boy yanks at the girl's ponytails, though not as hard as others might think.
"Dammit, Ururu. You beat me to it again this year!"
Urahara grins down as his present and fusses with the ribbons some more, knowing only too well how much time the girl spent on just wrapping it up properly. Every single aspect of the gift is to be treasured, from the ribbons to the papers to whatever might happen to be inside, once all is said and done.
Ururu smiles and ignores Jinta as she watches Urahara.
Character(s)/Theme ~ Hitsugaya, Matsumoto - karaoke
Hitsuyaga wishes he could just slide down under the table and stay out of sight, preferably forever. Matsumoto is ready for that though, and the moment the diminutive captain starts his slide for freedom, she grabs his arm and hauls him on the stage with her.
In five seconds flat, Hitsuyaga's earned himself countless fans amongst the school's female (and some male) population, while Matsumoto snickers in a corner, utterly pleased with herself.
"Goddamn. Where'd he learn to sing like that?" Renji gapes while Yumichika claps and cheers the silver haired boy on. Ikkaku settles for stealing both their drinks while they're not looking.
Character(s)/Theme ~ Byakuya, Hisana - chocolate
She hated chocolate. It was the one thing Byakuya made a point of remembering, above all her other dislikes, because chocolate was so very traditional that she was sometimes forced to eat some despite being unable to stand the stuff. Whenever it was that time of the year, he stayed by her side the entire day, and scowled and glared icily, sometimes even letting some of his reiatsu surge through to make his point clear, and no one ever dared to approach her to hand her gifts of the sort. Hisana would smile a bit and sigh in relief, and pat his arm.
Everyone else assumed Byakuya was being an ass, and wondered why Hisana ever put up with him in the first place.

Character(s)/Theme ~ Chad, Karin - stars
Karin stares out the window during the summer, wondering where Ichigo and the others have gone, and how long she'll have to put up with that idiot thing that's pretending to be her brother.
She looks up to the stars, wondering if her brother is there. She hopes Chad is there as well, because at least he'll be able to keep an eye on her idiotic sibling.
...then again, it's probably a good thing Orihime is probably there as well, because all things considered, Chad and Ichigo up there on their own is just a recipe for disaster.
Character(s)/Theme ~ Hanatarou, Tatsuki - moon
Hanatarou carefully peeks around the corner, after having handed in Unohana-taichou instructions to the shinigami on mission, as well as tending to their wounds and giving them medications he knows may or may not end up where they ought to.
The lonely girl with the shadows in her eyes sit on the park bench, alone, looking over the area of one of day's battle with contemplative eyes. She makes him curious and kicks him in the gut at the same time in ways that are the hardest for him to deal with.
He stares up at the moon, and wishes he could heal the soul as well as he can the body.
Character(s)/Theme ~ Karin, Chad - sleep
Karin manages not to kick the idiot in the head when they all go back to fetch him from the park. There he is, sound asleep and without a care in the world, as though it didn't matter at all what might happen to him, as long as everyone else was safe.
Character(s)/Theme ~ Hanatarou,Tatsuki - gigai
Hanatarou wished he had a gigai and wasn't only limited to spirit form - but then Tatsuki looks up, straight at him, and smiles a bit, showing equal parts of curiosity and concern in her expression.
He falls off the windowsill and when he opens his eyes again, it is only to see her looking down at him from the window, the only face among many others who can actually see him.
Once she sees he's all right she smiles, and he finds himself smiling back, unguardedly so.

Character(s)/Theme ~ Urahara, Ishida
Urahara watches the youngest Quincy he's ever seen, skulking about corners and pretending he doesn't like nor want to help any of those he's been through so much with already. He looks at Ururu and thinks that maybe, just maybe, he's not doing such a bad job at all.
Ururu watches the Quincy and envies him nothing. She knows what it is to be loved by a parent, even though she isn't technically anyone's child by blood or flesh.
She does not, however, fell pity for him. He's stronger than he knows and may yet rid himself of the shackles the one he calls father has wrapped about him.
He is not a threat.
At least, not yet.

Character(s)/Theme ~ Urahara/Ishida - pillows
Urahara does his usual song and dance, pretending to be some idiot shopkeeper, just as usual. Ishida dreams of sneaking into the man's room at night and press a pillow to his face.
The man's frightful power lurks under the surface, a reminder to the Quincy of all that he's lost.
Urahara pretends to be nothing more than a silly shopkeeper and keeps a close eye on the boy with the bitter sharp eyes, hoping that he'll see past the lies and the fear, to discover how strong and steady his strength still is, just waiting to be noticed and put to use once more.
He hopes the boy will pick the right side. It would be a shame to have to snuff out so bright a light.

Character(s)/Theme ~ Gin/Izu - surprise
Kira starts and leaps a few feet back, hand falling to the hilt of his soul slayer. Gin steps out of the shadows and smiles at him, that same smile he always wears whether he's petting a kitten or killing a hollow.
"Boo," he says, then pats Kira on the head before wandering off, soon lost in the shadows once more.
Character(s)/Theme ~ Gin/Byaku - birthday present
Kuchiki Byakuya hands solemnly hands him a package and without a word walks off in his usual, dignified pace. Gin opens the box and wonders what the other man might be trying to tell him, by giving him a hangman's rope as a birthday gift.
Just this once, his smile fades. Maybe the other man isn't quite as blind as he likes to think.

Unohana stares for a moment at the small, satisfied smile on the tenth division captain's face, and wonders what in the world he's been up to and what trouble he'd cooked up now.
It's his determined facade to appear older than all of his peers which immediately exempts him from suspicion whenever the Sereitei's mystery prankster strikes again.
Character(s)/Theme ~ Unohana/Ishida - icing
Ishida stares at the bandage that is carefully being wrapped around his hand, ignoring the fuss Ganju is putting up in the other room while his wounds are also being tended to.
"This is for your own safety, Quincy-san," the woman with the kind eyes murmurs quietly. "Please don't try to escape." He looks up into her eyes and wonders if this is what having a mother might have been like, with parties to celebrate his younger years, icing on the cake and all. She smiles gently in return, as though able to read his very thoughts and he looks away.
Neither of them speak of the jagged rawness which inhabits his body, the reiatsu burned clean away from him, leaving a gaping empty hole behind.

Leorio tapped his foot, then kicked the wall, snarling impatiently. "C'mon already, we've been waiting for hours and if we don't get a move on things, they'll get away from us!" Kurapica opened the door on the next kick, letting Leorio overbalance himself and fall flat on his bank.
"Do you have any idea how hard it is to put lipstick on?"

Slamming the lid of the crock pot on Zoro's head, Sanji snarled. "Slow down, already! This isn't some third rate swill you inhale to avoid the taste, musclehead. Show a little respect for the food!" Zoro winced, rubbed the top of his head and swore to himself he'd never tell Sanji how damn good that weird cold soup actually was. If nothing else, swearing it was vile would only mean the cook would put it on the menu for the next month. And thus, Zoro would get more of that soup.
Damn he was good.

Ivan and Gregor stare up at the painting in the hallway, the latter's father glaring down at them with a fierce mien.
"One day, I'll be a dragon too," Gregor murmurs, though he doesn't seem sure it's really what he wants, or should be. Ivan gives the painting a knowing look, but contents himself with slinging an arm around the future mornarch's shoulders, shaking him a bit.
"You'll be a good dragon. And you'll do things right."
Gregor flashes him a quick smile of gratitude, and wonders why it is that sometimes, just sometimes, Ivan knows exactly what to say, and how to say it.

In five seconds flat, Hitsuyaga's earned himself countless fans amongst the school's female (and some male) population, while Matsumoto snickers in a corner, utterly pleased with herself.
"Goddamn. Where'd he learn to sing like that?" Renji gapes while Yumichika claps and cheers the silver haired boy on. Ikkaku settles for stealing both their drinks while they're not looking.

She hated chocolate. It was the one thing Byakuya made a point of remembering, above all her other dislikes, because chocolate was so very traditional that she was sometimes forced to eat some despite being unable to stand the stuff. Whenever it was that time of the year, he stayed by her side the entire day, and scowled and glared icily, sometimes even letting some of his reiatsu surge through to make his point clear, and no one ever dared to approach her to hand her gifts of the sort. Hisana would smile a bit and sigh in relief, and pat his arm.
Everyone else assumed Byakuya was being an ass, and wondered why Hisana ever put up with him in the first place.

Karin stares out the window during the summer, wondering where Ichigo and the others have gone, and how long she'll have to put up with that idiot thing that's pretending to be her brother.
She looks up to the stars, wondering if her brother is there. She hopes Chad is there as well, because at least he'll be able to keep an eye on her idiotic sibling.
...then again, it's probably a good thing Orihime is probably there as well, because all things considered, Chad and Ichigo up there on their own is just a recipe for disaster.

Hanatarou carefully peeks around the corner, after having handed in Unohana-taichou instructions to the shinigami on mission, as well as tending to their wounds and giving them medications he knows may or may not end up where they ought to.
The lonely girl with the shadows in her eyes sit on the park bench, alone, looking over the area of one of day's battle with contemplative eyes. She makes him curious and kicks him in the gut at the same time in ways that are the hardest for him to deal with.
He stares up at the moon, and wishes he could heal the soul as well as he can the body.
Character(s)/Theme ~ Karin, Chad - sleep
Karin manages not to kick the idiot in the head when they all go back to fetch him from the park. There he is, sound asleep and without a care in the world, as though it didn't matter at all what might happen to him, as long as everyone else was safe.
Character(s)/Theme ~ Hanatarou,Tatsuki - gigai
Hanatarou wished he had a gigai and wasn't only limited to spirit form - but then Tatsuki looks up, straight at him, and smiles a bit, showing equal parts of curiosity and concern in her expression.
He falls off the windowsill and when he opens his eyes again, it is only to see her looking down at him from the window, the only face among many others who can actually see him.
Once she sees he's all right she smiles, and he finds himself smiling back, unguardedly so.

Urahara watches the youngest Quincy he's ever seen, skulking about corners and pretending he doesn't like nor want to help any of those he's been through so much with already. He looks at Ururu and thinks that maybe, just maybe, he's not doing such a bad job at all.
Ururu watches the Quincy and envies him nothing. She knows what it is to be loved by a parent, even though she isn't technically anyone's child by blood or flesh.
She does not, however, fell pity for him. He's stronger than he knows and may yet rid himself of the shackles the one he calls father has wrapped about him.
He is not a threat.
At least, not yet.

Urahara does his usual song and dance, pretending to be some idiot shopkeeper, just as usual. Ishida dreams of sneaking into the man's room at night and press a pillow to his face.
The man's frightful power lurks under the surface, a reminder to the Quincy of all that he's lost.
Urahara pretends to be nothing more than a silly shopkeeper and keeps a close eye on the boy with the bitter sharp eyes, hoping that he'll see past the lies and the fear, to discover how strong and steady his strength still is, just waiting to be noticed and put to use once more.
He hopes the boy will pick the right side. It would be a shame to have to snuff out so bright a light.

Kira starts and leaps a few feet back, hand falling to the hilt of his soul slayer. Gin steps out of the shadows and smiles at him, that same smile he always wears whether he's petting a kitten or killing a hollow.
"Boo," he says, then pats Kira on the head before wandering off, soon lost in the shadows once more.

Kuchiki Byakuya hands solemnly hands him a package and without a word walks off in his usual, dignified pace. Gin opens the box and wonders what the other man might be trying to tell him, by giving him a hangman's rope as a birthday gift.
Just this once, his smile fades. Maybe the other man isn't quite as blind as he likes to think.

Unohana stares for a moment at the small, satisfied smile on the tenth division captain's face, and wonders what in the world he's been up to and what trouble he'd cooked up now.
It's his determined facade to appear older than all of his peers which immediately exempts him from suspicion whenever the Sereitei's mystery prankster strikes again.

Ishida stares at the bandage that is carefully being wrapped around his hand, ignoring the fuss Ganju is putting up in the other room while his wounds are also being tended to.
"This is for your own safety, Quincy-san," the woman with the kind eyes murmurs quietly. "Please don't try to escape." He looks up into her eyes and wonders if this is what having a mother might have been like, with parties to celebrate his younger years, icing on the cake and all. She smiles gently in return, as though able to read his very thoughts and he looks away.
Neither of them speak of the jagged rawness which inhabits his body, the reiatsu burned clean away from him, leaving a gaping empty hole behind.

Slamming the lid of the crock pot on Zoro's head, Sanji snarled. "Slow down, already! This isn't some third rate swill you inhale to avoid the taste, musclehead. Show a little respect for the food!" Zoro winced, rubbed the top of his head and swore to himself he'd never tell Sanji how damn good that weird cold soup actually was. If nothing else, swearing it was vile would only mean the cook would put it on the menu for the next month. And thus, Zoro would get more of that soup.
Damn he was good.

Ivan and Gregor stare up at the painting in the hallway, the latter's father glaring down at them with a fierce mien.
"One day, I'll be a dragon too," Gregor murmurs, though he doesn't seem sure it's really what he wants, or should be. Ivan gives the painting a knowing look, but contents himself with slinging an arm around the future mornarch's shoulders, shaking him a bit.
"You'll be a good dragon. And you'll do things right."
Gregor flashes him a quick smile of gratitude, and wonders why it is that sometimes, just sometimes, Ivan knows exactly what to say, and how to say it.
