She spent a lot of time on them! (Sort of.) Her penmanship is so pretty!

She's trying to think of what Elle might mean by too obvious.
She scoops up the nail polish bottles and slips them into the pockets of her slacks, then politely asks the Bar for a selection of bad horror movies and reality television. They'll probably have to do what she always does (it feels like) and watch on a mini-DVD player.
"Did you have fun at prom?" she asks, scooping up DVDs and player. "We should probably find a couch or ... something."
