Hadley-Bright possesses a soldier's fluency in cursing. It is a talent he is currently exhibiting, now that he is at last out of earshot of Sylvette or (he assumes) any other lady. "Some. My lessons got cut off prematurely, so I had to teach myself most of what I know from books and things. I know a fireproofing spell, if you plan to spend much more time with the lady."
