William Hadley-Bright has yet to realize that he is not quite where he expected to be. Therefore, he has managed to avoid entirely any period of fear, frustration, desperate attempts to return home, &c, and in this, his first open post, is strolling along the main garden pathway. He would like most especially to see his tutor, or to continue, as promised, his acquaintance with Mr Jones, but it is an open post and therefore not for Hadley-Bright to decide these things.
