So I'm at Disney World.  It's a family vacation kind of thing; our last one was when we went to L.A. for two days in 2002, and our last real one was when we camped in northern Michigan for a week in 2000.  Suffice it to say, I haven't been on a family vacation in a loooong time, since basically the beginning of high school.  It's a bit odd; spending this much time with my parents and sister.  Not bad, just something I'm not used to.  I already miss my freedom and friends though, haha.  And of course the place they chose to go was Disney World; I don't like rides, theme parks, heat, or resorts, but I'm grinning and bearing it for them.  And it's actually not so bad.  In our first two days here we went to Epcot and Magic Kingdom, and I got to see some well-known things that I otherwise would've missed out on, such as the whole world showcase in Epcot, the huge golf ball space thing in Epcot, the Disney Castle, the "It's a Small World" ride, and the Pirates of the Carribbean ride (closed for construction, naturally).

In our time left, tomorrow we'll be going to Hollywood Studios (I think it used to be called MGM or something, maybe?) and on Sunday taking a drive to the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral.  We were actually supposed to see a rocket flight on Sunday, which would've been unbelievably cool, but that was moved because of storms or something, so we'll just settle for a tour of the place.  Yay space stuff!

So, Disney.  Just a place to vacation.  Nothing special.
