The food in the Great Hall seems just fine, for not being homecooked. We should give the house elves their credit that's due.

I think I understand why it's so confusing- I'm sure waking up in a different dorm would be a fair big shock.

I'm in the hallway beside the DADA room. I was headed back to my common room when I realized I had forgotten the password! How strange is that?

A little while later, Daine appeared at the Hospital Wing, looking different than usual. Her hair, normally piled on top of her head, was down around her shoulders in a curly halo. She was actually wearing a skirt, instead of her normal pants. She spotted Dean and ran to him, giving him a hug.

"There you are! Are you sure you're alright?"

Dean hugged Daine back and leaned in to give her a kiss on the cheek. "I'm fine. What about you?" He brushed her hair back behind her ear and glanced over her, trying to covertly check her for injuries.

"I'm fine, no need to worry about me!" Daine smiled and looked over her shoulder. "What's behind me, then?"
