I need to get serious about my health.
I've been eating out far more than I should and I've lost all concept of the word workout.
Discipline not one of my best attributes. I have little to no time to commit to a gym and could not put down the money for a membership when I can't be sure I will use it.
Living at home is horrible. My room is the size of a normal closet so there is little space to maneuver. I have lost the drive to buy my own food when it is free to eat; yet I know i'm eating crap.
What should I do? I am out of shape and even if i were not I could use the stress relief of a better lifestyle.
How do I snap myself into a routine. Can anyone even suggest a routine I could snap myself into?
