It is ridiculous, I know, but...
I am pretty sad about Elliott Smith. I have all of his CDs and to know now that these are the only CDs of his I can ever have of his is depressing.
I can't imagine being that tortured. I have been torn up and confused... I still am sometimes, but to know that anyone is that unhappy is horrible.
I know I didn't know him and there are a ton of people feeling really sad about this, but that doesn't mean I should feel like I should be ashamed of being sad too, no?
I was really looking forward to his new CD.
Hmmm... I'm going to go to my room... think a little bit... listen to some of his music... maybe some other music too... and then go to bed.
