Note the last thing Rep. Kanjorski says: "Someone threw us into the middle of the Atlantic Ocean without a life raft." My question to the Reserve is: who is that somebody? Who had something to gain? Are we to believe that it was random happenstance? Somehow, somebody created mass panic, almost certainly deliberately, so who was the catalyst?
