Personals: Game Plan & Fic!News
I have the first chapter of MYEMS ( Missing You Even Morse So ) up in my community, Hada_Nirvana, free to read! I celebrate because in just 24 hours it has 3 comments!! :DD All are pretty positive so I'm happy! Hence, the exclamation points.
Now all I need to do is plan the future chapters since this seems to have gone over well. It was a last minute change because I wasn't happy with what I had but I can't do that now; I must stick to this story. I have a feeling it will help me to create more since I'll have built up a tolerance to sending my babies out into the world. OK! ( tries to motivate and convince myself )
I'm gonna do my best to portray the conflict I chose properly, with little error as possible, which means keeping up with current events and doing more research! After all, the conflict is still on going at the moment. Hopefully the subject matter doesn't offend anyone or put them off to the story. I fear that it'll take the spotlight since it's a challenging subject and I've put much of my focus on knowing what going on. I fear all my research will jumble up my thoughts and I'll overload. I might give up if that happens.
I'm going to work with my initial story instincts first, then meld it to what's going on currently. That way I'll only be looking for certain things to include in my story once I'm done planning it a few chapters ahead. To improve my literary sense and regain my prose style ( it feels pretty stagnant atm ), I'm going to revisit works I thought were pretty well versed still stashed in my proverbial closet. I'll re-read them and see if I can let go of my current influences and be more me.
Woohoo! I'm forming a game plan now, so wish me luck with developing as a writer and also with my new fic! I hope it finds Anon well and that they enjoy where I take their request. :3

To Anon whose request I haven't filled yet, yours will be the next one I work on! >:0 I have not forgotten you, your artwork is in the draft stage and won't take long to flesh out. As the deadline has been extended to next Monday, June 6th, I have plenty of time to work on it. You have permission to scold me for being last if it's not posted by then. *nods*
