Ahh, beautiful Alfred. It's FANTASTIC to be back. All of the student population with whom I associate have been wonderfully glad to see me, and it feels as though I never left. I tell you, this is where I belongggg!

The majority of this week has been devoted to movies. I can think of 13 off the top of my head I've watched, but I know the actual total is between 15 and 20. Because I didn't finish this entry in one day, I had to add the 2 most recent movies I watched. The list is as follows:

Pirates 3
Family Guy Star Wars
Flight Plan
Bourne Ultimatum
From Hell
Blow
Rush Hour 3
Sin City
Resevoir Dogs
The Departed
Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels
Live Free Die Hard
V for Vendetta

Most of these I watched with Jurden, Jon, Jon's new roommate AJ and a new girl (!) named Cassie. Look for eventual photos of AJ and Cassie, as they've taken prominant roles in my new semester.

Most of the people carry over from semester one, and I still associate regularly with all my friends regularly. I convinced Laura Smith to come to Swing as my new partner, and she's picked up most of the stuff right away, especially the lifts. She executed several very impressive aerials (no handed cartwheels) while showing off, impressing me greatly. Emily Smith is now dating a strange but funny guy named Luke from the first floor, and they seem to be doing well together, to my slight disappointment. Molly has spent her entire break obsessing over hockey, and I'm sure it's a slight letdown to her to come back and have lots of people around who just dont care that much about hockey.

Heather deserves her own paragraph, because she is just that awesome. She spends her time still with myself, Jurden, Jon, Aj and Cassie, and together we amuse ourselves with video games and movies. She's still the only girl I know who will come to my room and ASK TO PLAY VIDEO GAMES. I was convinced this novelty would wear off, but it hasn't.

I have a slight cold currently, one which I passed on to Jon and then we both double teamed Heather's immune system and got her sick. Scarily, she woke up yesterday with a 102.1 fever and looked absolutely terrible as she struggled to classes (because she is that dedicated). By midday, she was looking a bit better and had gotten more sleep through the day. However, at 8:30 she called me in tears because of her rising fever currently at 103.1 and her asthma causing her throat to start closing. I rushed down to her dorm with RD Dave, and we waited with her until the AU rescue squad could get there and check her out. I persuaded our friend Amos to take Heather and I to the hospital, where Amos and I waited. She was given medicine to help bring down her fever and relax her throat muscles, but even these simple steps took the hospital 6 hours, because they were severely overcrowded. Amos and I finally got her home around 3am, where all 3 of us passed out and I proceeded to sleep through 2 classes. Heather looked much better this morning, though her throat was still on fire. She was extremely grateful to Amos and I. This was far more excitement than I needed for one night, and I'm sure she felt the same way about the whole experience.

I finally have a digital camera, and there are several videos I'm trying to post. The stars are Jurden, Heather, AJ (in the leather chair) and Jon (on the bed). Cassie is there in the second movie for like .5 seconds on the bed next to me. I have to say, the best thing with the movies is Jon laughing in the background (I intially typed "Jon laughing in the bathroom". whoo, I'm tired)My computer is actually being difficult, so I only can post one video for now. I'll post my second one with my next entry.

Anyways, I must start my physics, which reminds me I haven't much talked about a lot of stuff that I wanted to. Perhaps there will be a follow up entry?
