Sion's got her Ethelite whip back, which allows her to basically hack in to your characters mind. She can see past memories, can find any information they might know and full history ect ect. Besides the spying she can also undo the limits your brain has for your body. So you can be super strong, run really fast but you break almost every bone and rip pretty much all your muscles just from using it. You can still walk around if you're strong enough but for the normal human you're out for a while.

Clearly this runs on the borderline of “this character can spy on everything or know everything!”

Which is why I have this post up, if it's ok for Sion to use the whip for hacking your brain then fill out the form. If it's not ok then just comment saying “I'd like it if she couldn't do something like that to my character(s)”. She'll only resort to this if she's gathering information or forced in to a fight.

Character name:
Series:
How much would she know?: (I.e basic information like names, an area that the person goes to a lot, or full information about a person. )
Undo the limiters?: Y/N (would only apply if you plan on fighting with her)
Tatari / fight info: Refer to the next part of the post

Also Sion has regained her Tatari / Vampire powers, though they are subdued for the time being if an event triggers anything that has effects similar to the Tatari. Her craving for blood increases and eats away at her mind and body. Which turns her in to this. In this state her strength increases, and instead of using a gun she uses hand to hand combat. She won't be able to think clearly and will hurt people out of blood lust and wanting to end her craving for blood. She still has the mind of a human and this state can be reversed if the object creating the effects is destroyed.

All I need for this part is if an event that would cause her to go in to that state is it ok for your character to be hurt or for her to try and drink their blood. You can state that on the above form.
