I don't even remember how I stumbled upon your Get Some fic a couple of months ago, but I've been obsessed with Generation Kill ever since- read the book, watched the series, read Fick's book, and pimped all of it out to to everyone I know. I've been lurking around the GK fandom ever since then.

I suppose what I'm trying to say, ever so inelegantly and verbosely, is that I'm sorry to hear that your GK days are over, seeing as how you're responsible for mine just getting started. Your GK fic is among my absolute favorite.
