ONLY FIVE? I'll do the five most significant and not just "random passer-by" which most people fall into anyway.

Simon doesn't trust Ishida Ryuuken. This isn't because Ryuuken is so very dependent on his sister (that just kinda skeeves him a little) or that he didn't sleep for the entire week while River was in a coma, but that he lied to Simon. Simon can handle most things, but a liar isn't one of them, especially one that is purporting to be a replacement father figure for River.

Simon doesn't trust Takino Tomo because despite his radiating "get the hell out of my personal space", she never seems to realise that it's not annoying, it's alarming and frightening and he DOES NOT WANT. The constant invasion of his space puts him right on edge.

Simon doesn't trust Ari Ruka because Ari presumably has contact with the outside world to place his orders and if Ari ever decided that he disliked Simon enough, he could just let slip that Simon was here. Simon has every belife that the Alliance could pull down the barrier or infiltrate camp in order to continue working on River, and that would undermine his entire existance. He can't control what Ari tells the outside world, he knows that Ari really doesn't like him, and it's something that constantly looms on his mind when talking to him.

Simon doesn't trust Miranda Bailey because she wants to know more about Simon than he's willing to share, and it alarms him because why would she care. He's never sure just why she's collecting the information, but he doesn't like it.

And finally, Simon doesn't trust anyone in authority, it seems Roy Mustang, not entirely. Roy's very close to Mal, which is something that Simon can accept pretty easily, but Roy knows Simon well enough now to quite easily pierce through his facades and that worries Simon because he sure doesn't want people to know what he really thinks. But Roy does and that's kinda worrying for him.

And, you know, everyone else.

Hahah, Tomo has NO IDEA Simon is frightened by her invading his space, and wouldn't understand it if she did. Nor would she relent if she found out because it would mean that clearly he needs her help to overcome this fear!
