Allison was sitting on the beach with Neil. She wasn't sure how she got there, but it was better then where she thought should be.
"Hey Allison," Neil said, looking out on the ocean. "You glad to see me?" Allison turned to him.
"Are you kidding me? I thrilled to see you, we were so worried!" Neil looked down at his soda.
"How worried?" He asked, swirling the can.
"Well I came after you didn't I? I'm just glad you're okay." Neil looked at her.
"Am I?" He asked.
"What do you mean? It's done. Robinson is done. What's wrong?" Allison searched his face for clues but found nothing.
"I'd just feel a lot better if you'd wake up." Allison shook her head, suddenly aware of a annoying beeping.
"But I am awake, and do you hear that?" Allison looked around, the beeping was getting louder.
"Allison, Allison, ALLISON!"
Allison snapped awake with a gasp, only to find someone peering over her.
"Oh good you're awake!" The doctor muttered cheerfully.
"What? Where am I?" Allison put a hand to her head.
"I wanted to let you know you have visitors, should I send them in?"
"Visitors?" Allison struggled to remember what happened. Suddenly she saw it, sneaking in, the fight with Robinson, her arm. She turned to look at her bandaged arm.
"Oh don't worry, that's taken care of, you'll be out of here soon." The doctor gathered some papers from the nearby table. "Visitors?" He asked again.
"Uh, yeah, sure, send them in." Allison wasn't quite in it yet.
"Allison!" Someone cried, Allison turned her head to see the speaker. It was Charlie.
"Charlie?" Charlie ran over to her. Neil followed behind slowly, he stood on the opposite side of the room and starred at her. "Neil." She whispered.
"You did it. Robinson was caught. He's going to jail. And as a bonus you got me out..." Charlie said the last part a little faster.
"Wait what?" Allison asked tearing her gaze away from Neil.
"It's not really important." Neil said for Charlie. Sheepishly Charlie slunk out of the room and headed to the lobby where Don't and James were filling out paperwork. For awhile Allison and Neil sat in silence. Finally they both spoke.
"I was worried." They said together. Allison managed a slight laugh. Neil smiled and pulled up a chair to her bedside.
"Are you okay?" Neil asked.
"Depends, are you?" Allison responded quietly. Neil bent over and kissed her forehead.
"I feeling a lot better because of you."
