(no subject)
Yesterday was one of the longest days of my life. Literally. I woke up at 7am (Tokyo time), took a nonstop flight to Houston (~11 hours) and managed to stay up until 8:45pm or so. First real all nighter ever!
My first meal back in Texas was a bacon cheeseburger at Red Robin, with their awesome onion rings and a Blue Moon. It was awesome, but really advanced me into a food induced coma. Slept for about 12 hours, but I think it all really is helping me readjust time-wise.
There was talk of meeting my dad for lunch today, but seeing as he took the car I'm not going anywhere. We have a truck that runs, but I never learned how to drive it and the gear shift indicator doesn't work. So today I will unpack/sort things and continue my apartment hunting for Austin.
It's nice to be back for a bit though. Hopefully I'll be seeing quite a few of you in next 2 weeks <3
