Why did congress have to move daylight savings time to my birthday?

I reached a quarter of a century today....I'm still undecided about how I feel about this. I've been alive for 25 years and in school for 22 of them. I think I'm ready to not be a student anymore.

because they wanted to screw over poor college kids who already didn't sleep during spring break by taking yet another hour of sleep away from them.
