stinking cicadas....... and yes they stink when you crush them
I don't guess I ever recall grabbing one climbing on myself and being a bit vigorus...... which resulted in it's very pungent insides getting on my fingers...... those things really stink when you squish them a bit. Yuk.
Just something to think about when these things start coming in your house and for sure...... they have arrived this weekend. I guess one hitched a ride on me and started exploring my office
I promise you won't like the smell if you fly swat one and I wish I had modifed my he-man master of the insect world act to include a fly swatter or rolled up paper.
Meanwhile, I'm considering muratic acid to clean my fingers if toothpaste doesn't work. My keyboard is safe because I'm wearing latex gloves...... really... they smell that bad.
