I will be attending the Boswell's HD show on May the 16th
in Rivergate..... that's Sunday
I don't know how many bikes I will take but likely I will just ride GtB there unless any of the crew want to bring some of the others in order to totally rock their world.
For those of you that don't know...... we've subscribed to the FTF (fug the factory) for years and shown them we can improve even their finest efforts and also make them look better. Besides....... I hate corporate greed and the fact that the last American made motorcycle....... whose symbols and insignias imply or portray ALL AMERICAN PATRIOTISM.......
well their bikes are 30 to 40% imported content (import content started in 1973 for the HD MoCo) with pieces coming from countries "employing" people at near slave labor rates........ I also have a problem with their brilliantly marketed merchandise all coming from third world countries and how can they have no shame as to put these symbols which represent the very essence of AMERICA on clothing and such made by slaves or people working for 2000 bucks a year???
How can people be so ignorant as to buy it and wear it?
So I make it a point to put my stuff in their face and what we build is truly made in America...... because we make it regardless of where the engine or some component may originally come from.....
Just something to think about when you are considering plunking down 20K for a bike just so you can put down a guy on a 10K Honda that was indeed 100% assembled in our country.
I'm not anti-anyone other than stupid people that are so manipulated due to their inability to think for themselves.
Global economics will certainly broaden the gap between the people in this country that have and those that never will.
