I just made an apple pie from scratch.
It's in the oven right now. From scratch includes the pie crust. I even put three different types of apples in it.
Reminder for future projects: 8-11 MEDIUM sized apples does not mean 8-11 regular sized apples. Looks like I'll be making a second pie tomorrow. Probably going to bring that into work.
