213 sucks
today was the 213 paper! arghhh i hate data analysis! its my achilles heel>< reminds me of the stats paper in first sem when i totally gave up on the last qn on regression... unpleasant deja vu.. arghhh..
but looking on the bright side of things, its one paper down!~ just ONE more paper to go! oh no theres so much to memorise for 212><
so anw i totally didnt feel like studying after the 213 paper today so went to catch up on pi's jwebs which i hadnt read for a long time. heres what he wrote in one of his entries:
My mind kept thinking about the dance moves that I’d learned yesterday!
Before having completely memorized the steps, I’d always do this to keep from forgetting
Continuously thinking about it and memorizing it!
Ah~ I really want to dance~~
says prof joyce: this is one of the methods to enhance encoding from the short term memory to the long term memory => rehearsal! so once the dance steps got encoded and stored into pi's long term memory, during live performances and concerts he wld have to retrieve the steps from his long term memory to the short term memory, ie the working memory! MUAHAHAHA im gg crazy from all the mugging!
and btw, this is pi's dog, hime(means princess)! omg shes so cuteeeeee! n she went into the bath with pi! mega uber cuteness:):)
