Wait. We weren't? Whatevs. Anyway. As promised
during last week's polling, I read the winning book, Night by Elie Wiesel. It's quite short, so I read it very quickly, and in that small space of time it made me sad then angry then sad again and then I almost added
Schindler's List to my Netflix queue, but I can only take so much (and I've already seen it anyway). *sigh*
The second place (silver medalist?) book was Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close by Jonathan Safran Foer, which
42itous commented on, shall be read soon. I just need to read something light and fluffy in between stories about the Holocaust and post-9/11 stuff because my brain-parts can only handle so much at once. So yeah, then there's that.
