The Int'l Atomic Energy Agency has the most up-to-date and reliable info I've found so far on Fukushima No. 1:
[source: Japan Earthquake Update (20 March 21:00 UTC) ] As of March 20th, seawater is being injected into the reactor pressure vessels for units 1, 2, and 3; unit 3 is emitting white smoke/vapor but with less intensity than yesterday. Seawater is being sprayed into spent fuel pools 1, 2, 3, and 4; their condition is relatively stable, but still of concern. Units 5 and 6 have been placed in cold shutdown :)
Kudos to all the workers at Fukushima No. 1 for their hard work trying to keep the situation under control. And remember, if you live 30+ km away from the site, you are in no danger from the situation!
