Nice :)

Completely off topic.. but.. I'm curious if you still play poker. I'm trying to get some of the gang together to play ..

Maybe I'll be at coffee on sunday and will bring my poker set ;)

Glad to see you found a suitable successor for the Old Grey Mare. Even though it may lack the oomph of the turbo cars, I will say that NA diesel cars sure make you slow down and appreciate the scenery. My diesel Vanagon taught me how to live with 48hp. ;)

Visited Edeline (my '81 300SD) in Huntsville briefly before flying home from the USGP. I'm patiently waiting for family friends to be done with borrowing her. We've a 1900 mile roadtrip to do. Perhaps a trip to Vegas as well...

Danke.

I can't wait to begin risking my life every time I try to merge onto the interstate. The 85 300D Turbo was challenging; an 83 240D manual 4-speed should be downright frightening. :P

Floor it, pray, merge. Don't brake for anybody; it'll take too long to recover your speed.

Donder survived several trips on the 285 around Atlanta with that technique. Once she hit 65mph, I kept her there!
