If I didn't spend $30 at the Bier Stein any night this week, then clearly it was totally right for me to spend $26 at the record store, right?
Right. Well, it is payday. And I did get a couple of things done AND a DVD of The Lives of Others appeared, which is very exciting, AND all I need to do now is write two 150-word music shorts BUT now that I have Bloc Party I don't want to listen to anything else.
Whoever wants to come over for the Ducks game tomorrow and/or come with me to see The Queen and/or Children of Men this weekend, by all means. Company will be much appreciated. Many DVDs will also be watched, including (ideally) Marie Antoinette, Mutual Appreciation, United 93, Brick, Tristram Shandy and United 93.
